Offset Architects were appointed by The Purelake Group to act as the lead design consultant and provide the working drawing package for this scheme, which comprised seven one and two bedroom flats in a four storey block, with associated car parking, external bin and cycle store areas.

The accommodation was required to comply with the Code of Sustainable Homes at Level 4, meet the Life Time Homes Standard and fulfil the Greenwich Wheelchair Site Brief 2012. All these were achieved.
