Offset Architects were appointed by The Purelake Group to act as the lead design consultant and provide the working drawing package for this development of 6 two and three beroom apartments. This contemporary development in Plumstread was to be ocupied by assisted living residents.
The apartments were designed to ensure that they complied with the Code of Sustainable Homes at Level 4, meet the Life Time Homes Standard and fulfil the Greenwich Wheelchair Housing Design Guide and Secure by Design, in a contemporary style. The design incorporated communal outside areas, car parking provision and external bin and cycle store areas.
