Offset Architects were appointed by the client to gain planning approval for the complete remodelling of their poorly laid out single storey bungalow.  

Offset Architects were required to work closely to the client's brief for the renovation, extension and remodel of the property whilst maximising the size of the building on the plot.  The clients were delighted with the proposal that included the addition of rear extensions as well as a new first floor.  This provided them with 5 bedrooms of which 2 feature ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms and a large open plan living / dining space.
