Spring House is a very impressive high quality development by one of our ‘top spec’ developer clients Green Amber. The replacement dwelling was designed whilst Paul Hagell was at bhd but Offset Architects have assisted with the fine tuning of the design. Offset Architects also co-ordinated the services, working closely with the client and their teams of specialist sub-contractors to deliver the seamless and successful installation of a host of technological equipment.
The house was filled with a mass of up to date features such as a Crestron high definition home entertainment system, full audio visual home automation, a whole house mood lighting control system, data networking system, Sky HD, and a ‘cutting edge’ high tech security system with 360 degree trackable security cameras throughout the house and grounds.
Other features within the house include a kitchen/breakfast/family room fitted out by award winning designer Simon Bray, a wine tasting room, a grand bespoke oak staircase, and a Home Cinema room with reclining massage chairs, 7.1 dolby surround sound 96inch cinema screen and projector.
