Architectural Technician

Up to £45,000 a year

We are currently recruiting for a talented Architectural Technician to join our busy practice. We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist ready to take the next step in your career. The successful candidate will be able to produce drawings, manage multiple projects and be happy to work alongside the project design team to ensure high quality project delivery.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and due to our location, you must have your own transport and be able to drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of high quality building regulation drawings, working drawings and construction detailing
• Prepare specifications and schedules
• Liaison with clients, external consultants, local authority and statutory officers
• Carry out site surveys
• Manage projects from appointment to completion

Person Profile:

• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Minimum of 3 years experience working on UK projects

Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 8 hour shift
