Gavin Perham

Gavin joined us in 2024 as an RIBA Chartered Architect with more then 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors, from residential extensions to one off houses, small and large housing developments, apartments, extra care housing, listed properties, food markets, shops, public houses and hotels.

Having studied at Greenwich University and London Metropolitan University, Gavin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and particularly loves using his problem-solving skills to create functional and beautiful spaces.
