Architect/Part II Architectural Assistant

Up to £45,000 a year

We are currently recruiting for a talented Architect/Part II Architectural Assistant with exceptional design skills to join our busy practice. We would love to hear from you if you are an Architect or Architectural Assistant (Part II) looking to take the next step in your career. The successful candidate will be able to produce creative design concepts, planning drawings, manage multiple projects and be happy to work alongside the project design team to ensure high quality project delivery.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and due to our location, you must have your own transport and be able to drive.

Key Responsibilities: ·

• Produce creative and innovative designs, preparation of well presented planning drawings, and design and access statements
• Produce amazing visualisations
• Liaison with clients, external consultants, local authority and statutory officers
• Carry out site surveys

Key Requirements:·

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD & Photoshop
• Strong design skills and presentation of work
• Lumion (preferred but not essential)
• RIBA Part II / Part III qualified
• At least 3 years working in the UK, with strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
