We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Financial management of supporting the practice with a variety of finance related tasks. As a busy practice we are looking for someone who can multi task and assist the Directors and the Practice Manager in the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years previous bookkeeping/accountancy experience, be highly experienced in the use of Xero and Excel, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build good working relationships.

Due to our location it is essential that you can drive and have your own transport.

Part time: 16 hours per week, ideally worked over 3 - 4 days.

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
• Xero: 2 years (preferred)
