Offset Architects were appointed to this project by The Purelake Group to provide 30 new flats with private amenity space, a communal amenity area, car parking, cycle storage and refuse/recycling facilities.
The development consists of three storeys with a fourth storey set back. At second floor level a large green sedum roof has been installed. All of the flats meet the minimum size requirements of the Core Strategy and the London Housing Design Guide as well as meeting the Lifetime Homes Standard.
