The iconic New York-born Carbone brand has made its London debut in the former American Embassy on Grosvenor Square!
Set within this Grade II Listed landmark, the restaurant features a huge 10,000sqft basement, a ground-floor bar, private dining suite and external terrace seating, accommodating over 200 covers and brought to life with opulent finishes by internationally acclaimed designer Ken Fulk.
Offset Architects were delighted to lead the space planning across all areas, alongside developing the kitchens and back-of-house facilities, navigating the challenges of a historic building. We also advised on and delivered compliant solutions for a complex fire strategy, ensuring safety without compromising on design or performance.
