In development since 2017, this project involves the demolition of a large and visually intrusive vehicle workshop and redevelopment of the site to create a high-quality mixed-use scheme set within open countryside, benefiting from expansive rural views.

The development includes 10x new dwellings alongside a commercial office building, with associated access roads, parking, drainage, and landscaping. Homes vary in size and architectural character to provide a balanced housing mix appropriate to the area, utilising traditional materials that reflect the local Kentish vernacular.

A carefully considered landscaping strategy was central to this scheme, designed to maximise outward views across the surrounding countryside while sensitively managing views into the development, ensuring the new homes sit comfortably within their rural setting.
