Since 2020, Offset Architects have been involved in the redevelopment of this existing car salvage and recycling facility to deliver 80x new dwellings alongside a purpose-built co-working hub, with new vehicular access, public open space, and comprehensive landscaping throughout the site.

The scheme transforms an unsightly and noisy commercial site into a high-quality residential environment, meeting the council’s requirement for new homes in the area. Responding carefully to local context and complex site constraints, the design integrates landscaped green spaces and sustainable drainage measures, delivering clear environmental benefits while creating an attractive, sustainable place to live and work.
