Hawkes Place is a contemporary new dwelling within The Kippington Conservation Area. The building design responds to the existing trees onsite which are protected under a Tree Preservation Order. A steel tube piling system raises the base of the building above existing ground level and allows the dwelling to carefully cantilever out into the woodland setting.

We are thrilled that this project was shortlisted as South-East Region Finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020.
