The clients approached us after spending nearly two years unsuccessfully navigating the planning process with another consultant. We secured approval on the first attempt by developing a scheme that delivered a clear reduction in massing, volume and footprint, whilst providing our clients with the space they need.
Full-height glazing and bi-folding doors open the house up to gorgeous countryside views, while rooflights flood hallway spaces with natural light. A new detached garden room and home office completes the scheme, in the same style and materials as the main house.
