Offset Architects was engaged by the client to improve, increase and reconfigure the downstairs family space in this attractive property which is located within the Greenbelt.

The kitchen has been moved from the front of the property to the rear, with internal walls adjusted to create a more usable layout with better proportioned rooms. The rear porch has been removed and a single storey orangery added to the rear elevation, this opens up the rear of the property to create a large, bright breakfast and snug area.

The addition and improvements made to the building have been carefully designed to complement the character of the existing home.
