Offset Architects were pleased to be involved with this stunning property in the Wildernesse Conservation Area, which involved partial demolition combined with a new build design to achieve 5 luxury bedrooms and living accommodation, a triple garage with accommodation above, a lovely new terrace and landscaped areas that feed through to the new swimming pool and pool house.

This was a complex project that was in the making for many years, with multiple planning applications followed by the full building control drawings package and site queries during construction.

It was important from the start to get the architectural design and detailing correct, which included the retention of the front facade due to the building being within the Conservation Area.

Finished to an extremely high specification with a luxury interior by NW3 Interiors, we’re overjoyed with the end result!
