Offset Architects was engaged by the client to undertake the complex and demanding role of reviewing the already existing construction drawings to ensure their technical competence and Building Regulation compliance as well as ensuring that drawings from other disciplines co-ordinated with the architectural drawings. In addition, Offset Architects took on all the post-contract project management to ensure that the ambitious extension construction and the remodelling and refurbishment of this period property was completed as smoothly as possible.
