Offset Architects were appointed by the client to undertake the extensive refurbishment and extension of a Georgian inspired property built in the 1930s to include a pool and tennis court.

The design completed the balancing of the front elevation mirroring the entrance portico. To the rear of the property, an elegant glazed modernist approach opens up the building to the expansive views over the stunning valley. As part of the design, extensive hard landscaping stitches together the house at the upper level with the pool, pool house, gym, garden store and garaging at the lower garden level.
