Offset Architects have been proud supporters of Sevenoaks Town F.C. over the years, including sponsorship of the club’s Ladies team, so it has been particularly rewarding to be involved in this project.

The project involves the construction of a new clubhouse and changing room facilities, providing modern, fit-for-purpose accommodation to support both the club and the wider community. The scheme also includes improvements to the existing parking area, new cycle stands, and electric vehicle charging points, with pedestrian and cycle connections designed to link into future development beyond the site.

Set within open parkland, the sustainable building features a green roof and living wall, allowing it to sit comfortably within the landscape. Powered by air source heat pumps and rooftop solar panels, the development delivers energy-efficient, contemporary facilities that significantly enhance Greatness Park and provides a high-quality new home for this successful football club.
