Offset Architects were delighted to be appointed to work on this lovely extension and renovation project in Sevenoaks.

The property is a Locally Listed Asset and also sits within a Conservation Area - the front elevation in particular was very sensitive and any proposals had to be sympathetic to the existing building.

We were successful in gaining planning permission (first time!) to essentially double the size of the property, through various extensions, and meet the clients wishes.

The property now includes 6 bedrooms, balcony and dressing room to the master bedroom, open plan kitchen/diner, utility, double garage and an annexe/games room. Many internal features have also been preserved and refurbished, such as the unique inglenook fireplace. Our clients have selected some beautiful internal finishes and products, including some impressive lighting pendants that emerge and retract into a recess in the ceiling!

We are very pleased with the transformation of this property from a dilapidated building into a bright, modern home.
