Offset Architects were appointed by The Purelake Group to prepare the technical working drawings for 9 individually designed bespoke houses for which planning permission had already been granted. Offset Architects improved upon the original design and gained planning approval for the revised scheme.

Air Source heat pumps were used to provide the under-floor heating due to no mains gas.
